UPDATE: Shortly after this story aired, the WMATA Board of Directors postponed a scheduled hearing on MV Transportation’s contract extension. Several weeks later, it approved the two-year extension unanimously. No formal investigation into Emeka Moneme’s role in this process has ever been conducted.
